Job Description
Engineer-Tech Support (Monitoring & Trouble Shooting)
Providing first level troubleshooting and escalation of network, server and applications issues.
Provide telephone support for internal and external groups, including clients.
Modification and /or creation of shell scripts.
React to alerts received from various monitoring tools following the required protocols.
Desired Profile:
Good communication skills and flexible schedule.
Working knowledge of windows based programs word, excel etc.
Able to work in an exciting and dynamic environment where priorities may shift frequently.
